[SOLVED] New GPU, butter one day, downhill next

Rx 5500 xt 8gb
Ryzen 7 1700

I installed gpu and ran all that night, call of duty, high settings 120-150 FPS consistent even showed in amd software.

last 2 days 80-130 fps average of 90. No settings change.

what could cause this?

It’s possible, I will check this evening, I mentioned that to a friend s about putting a big fan in front of it until I can get a bigger box and better cooling. I thought maybe bottlenecking but it doesn’t see like that.
