New GPU Causing Buzzing Audio

Ez fellas,
So i just got a new EVGA GTX 275. I'm using a antec mini p180, so things are kind of tight. The gpu sits right above the sound card.

So heres the problem. Im hearing a nasty buzzing sound coming from the speakers that only happens when i am in a 3d application, it also happends when i mute the sound as well. (I never had this issue with my previous card which was a 9600gt)

I am guessing the GPU is interfering with the sound somehow.

Any insight would be appreciiated. Thanks

This may happen due to overheat of serial devices. Your GPU is somehow producing too much heat inside case which causes sound crashing problem.
