New GPU Causing Games to Blackscreen

I installed my new graphics card (Radeon RX 460 2GB), but its not running as well as expected, and most games randomly go black screen when using it, stopping the game from running, but leaving sound loops and voice chat up. Sometimes it recovers after a few minutes, depending on what game I'm playing. My computer works (slowly) without it, and I've checked that it isn't a power, compatibility, or overheating issue, although I could be wrong. My CPU is an AMD A4-7300 APU, and my motherboard is a Hi-Fi A70U3P. Also, I did disable integrated graphics when installing the new CPU, and I did update all of my drivers. I've already checked out multiple other threads looking for answers, and I even sent the card in to be checked out by gigabyte. Thanks for any help.
