Question New GPU crashing when playing any games

Hi all,

Just purchased a Sapphire 5700Xt Nitro.

I can’t play any games with it, whenever I do, I can play them for a maximum of 10 minutes and then my whole pc crashes.

I’ve tried both current drivers, stable & the newest one.

I’ve tried DDU.

I’ve tried switch the PCIE slot & Cables from the PSU.

I’m running out of ideas, I can use the computer normally when not playing games and it works fine but when I go on any games that’s when it crashes

It was only working yesterday with my 1060 so.

Motherboard: MSI Pro ganing carbon AC
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
RAM: 16GB DDR4

What PSU do you have? How old is it? When you say crashes, does it restart or go to desktop?

I have a Corsair 750w Platinum, its only a year old. It restarts my computer completely.
Ignore the above. Just checked my order history. Its a 5 year old bronze 750w
