New GPU, Fan Turns Then Off & no HDMI signal

I got a new GeForce GTX 1050Ti OC card today. When installed and connected via HDMI, I don't get any signal on the monitor. I can boot fine with the onboard graphics card, where I can see the Device Manager has no entry about the new hardware.

The GPU does start as the fan rotates for a few second when booted (I was told its normal). I have a 500W PSU, and the GPU recommends 300W; so no problem there. Any idea?

Please post your full system spec.

With the GPU installed, can you still post when connected to the onboard graphics?

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4
PSU: ValueTop 500W

The PC can be run fine with the onboard graphics, as I'm posting now.

P.S., yes, me and qounik are talking about the same PC.

Try installing Geforce Experience onto your computer dont know if it will help but worth a try!
