New GPU for an OLD Acer pc?

Hi everyone,
I have an old acer pc... and i would like to put a new compatible old gpu just because the integrated gpu (ATI Radeon 2100) is very bad.

PC SPECIFICATIONS:
Motherboard: Acer RS740M03A1-8KSDH7 Socket AM2
RAM: 2GB DDR2 (I already bought another 2 gb ddr2, just waiting for delivery to come home)
CPU: AMD Athlon x2 64 4850e (Should i buy another better cpu AM2 than having this one?, as i saw isn't expensive anymore..) (The bios is update to 2010)
Power Supply: Corsair CX430 (one of my friend gave it to me...for free)
Monitor: Acer X193W LCD 19'' 1400x900 VGA

Thanks in advance for answers. I am just looking for a better gpu for this old really old pc, and maybe if needed a better amd2 cpu..

Phenom X4 may be good for the system, but sincedd it's an ACER OEM board it's a lot harder to know. You will need to look up your system and see if there is a known compatible CPU list. For a video card, you should be OK with a nVidia 750 or similar card.
