New GPU for Intel Core i3 4130 ?

Hi guys recently I have upgraded my PC from a single core AMD Sempron 145 and 2GB RAM to Intel Core i3 4130, a Gigabyte h81m-s motherboard and RAM to 6GB. But I also wanted to buy myself a buget GPU which would be best for my system and also my PSU is a local 450W one which also I would like to replace with one from trusted brand.
Can you guys please suggest me a suitable GPU and also a PSU. My budget is 15000 INR ?

15000 INR is about 230 USD.

For that money you could get a GTX 960, which can run on your current PSU.

Yeah but my PSU is a local one and I have been through some threads on the web that PSU should be from a trusted brand. So just wanted to be sure. But wont my i3 bottleneck that gtx 960 ?

It won't bottleneck but you don't have the budget for the GTX 960. Ignore the description of the 750 Ti where it says '600w required'.

That one looks like a strong option but I would also like to clear my doubts regarding whether gtx 660 would be better choice and also look forward to strong AMD offerings at this price point.

There are no suggestible AMD offerings in this price area that would be comparable to the GTX 960.

No sir I mean the 660 the 960 appears to be out of my budget. I would like to choose from 750ti or 660 or any strong AMD offerings.

Then just choose the GTX 750 Ti. Small performance difference but a lot more efficient.

Just for notice, with the 430w you are already very much on the safe side. Your system is only going to use 200 watts as the GPU is super efficient.

Do not choose a bad power supply that is 500w over this Seasonic 430w unit that is very good.
