Question New GPU help

I'm looking to upgrade my gaming experience by adding a GPU with my Ryzen 5 2400G to allow me to play the latest games. I'm unfamiliar with the graphics card market and looking for some recommendations. The MSI Radeon RX 5500 XT MECH 4GB caught my eye but i would like some advice first.

MY setup is:

24" IPS 1920x1080, 75 Mhz refresh rate with AMD free Sync.
CPU overclocked to 3.8Ghz.
16GB 3000 Corsair RAM
Asrock b450m pro M/B..
450w PSU.

It all depends how much money you want to spend. Also if I were you I would skip AMD and go for Nvidia.
I can recommend few cards if I know your budget.

My budget is £ 200. Why Nvidia over AMD, are they better cards?
