[SOLVED] New gpu is booting to black screen. Getting no Signal

I bought an RTX 3070 for Christmas and I just tried to install it, but I'm getting a black screen and no signal when I boot up. I was running an rx 480 from AMD. I did boot into safe mode and unistalled my drivers before switching the GPU. I don't think my PSU should be an issue, but I'll leave my specs belows.

CPU: i7-7700k
RAM: 16GB
PSU: EVGA 850W G2
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070

Put in your RX 480 and look if you can boot with that one.
If you can, your RTX 3070 is most likely dead.

To be completely sure, put your RTX 3070 into another PC and look if it works there.
