New Gpu Isuse

I just bought all my parts for my new pc and I can plug in the HDMI to my motherboard's onboard graphics and it post but when I plug it in the my Graphics Card it does not post fans are already spinning and I'm just trying to figure out what I am supposed to do. I was able to post with onboard but not with GPU I hope you guys can help me out

CPU: i5-6600k, 3.5 GHZ
GPU: PNY Gtx 1060 xlr8 OC, 3GB
PSU: Corsair 80+ Bronze 750 watt
Motherboard: MSI Z170A Pro Gaming Carbon
RAM: 2x8 Sticks of Corsair Vengeance 3200
Storage: 2, Western Digital 500GB Scorpio Black
CPU Cooler: Cryorig C7

It looks like you already completed troubleshooting for your new build. I'd suggest opening a case with PNY and requesting an RMA.

Everything is plugged in correctly the fans turn on and they have the white led's on too

The motherboard's integrated graphics post but graphics card doesn't

Does it fail to post or does it fail to show anything those are two very different situations

My monitor recognizes it but it just shows a black screen but onboard graphics work so I know it isn't the motherboard

You're still not answering the question. Do you think it's booting and not displaying or failing to boot?

It just isn't displaying nothing shows but a black screen normally the led's of the graphics card to red once it is booted

Try another PCI slot. If that doesn't work try that GPU in another computer if you have a friend with onr

I bought from micro center and didn't have a warranty
