I just changed my GPU from a Radeon 6670 to a Radeon R9 380 4GB.
I had turned on Virtual Super Resolution and thought that was the cause of my lag so I turned it off but it didn't change much. I use two screens in DVI at 1920 x 1080.
My problem doesn't seem to be due to fps although it seems pretty low for the power that I'm suppose to have. It's when I turn or move in game I get these little stutters which are annoying AF.
Even on a game like Counter Strike: Source which came out in 2004.
My PSU is supposed to deliver 650W, here is the link to where I purchased it: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817148057&_ga=1.1808119.797360085.1479251028
Thank you to whoever can help!
