so i did a big oopsie. i thought i could stay 60fps 144hz no stutter on an nvidia card and freesync monitor. i did, but discovered screen stuttering because I cannot go under 144fps to not have stuttering. I have some choices to not have stuttering ultra settings.
1- buy a 1440p g sync compatible monitor for 80+ dollars, (pc and monitor link will be down)
2- buy a 1080p 144hz g sync
3- buy a 1080 144 hz non g sync
4- buy a 1080 240hz non g sync
5-buy a new gpu
6 buy a new gpu and display (sell the other 2)

system cons: cpu cooler mounted opposite side because of clearance issues (fan on left side as blowing to rear exhaust fan, when it is supposed to be on the right side blowing through heatsink, and the whole heatsink was turned for this) ram put on a1 and b1 rather than a2 and b2 because one dimm slot was broken on the other two combo, and cant enable xmp. gpu has one broken displayport for some reason. and 2 intake and 2 exhaust fans, rgb ones as exhaust, stock ones as intake
