Hey guys. I'm trying to decide if i want a better GPU or CPU for my birthday in a few days. Which would increase my overall performance (graphics and fps) for gaming the most?

My specs from speccy:
It's a CyberPower gaming pc that I bought about a year ago probablly
CPU:AMD FX-4100 Zambezi 32nm Technology
GPU:SE461TS (1920x1080@60Hz)
AMD Radeon HD 6670 (Gigabyte)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. M68MT-S2 (Socket M2)
RAM: 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz (9-9-9-24)

I have it connected to my 46 inch hdtv through hdmi and i can spend around $150. The GPUs im looking at are http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161402. The CPUs are http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=19-113-285&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&Pagesize=10&PurchaseMark=&SelectedRating=2&VideoOnlyMark=False&VendorMark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Keywords=%28keywords%29&Page=1#scrollFullInfo and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106010. What do you guys think?

Hi. You definitely want a better GPU for better gaming performance; that CPU is fine. Given your budget the HD 7850 is the best; the next level would be the HD 7870 or GTX 660 at $200 after rebate. Make sure you have a quality PSU for the upgrade because I have a feeling CyberPowerPC wanted to save money with a cheap PSU.

make sure to overclock your 4100 if you get that 7850 though :)
