New GPU or CPU?

i now have Intel Core i5-4590 and GIGABYTE Radeon HD 7850. I'm playing at 1920 x 1080 resolution. This month played some newer FPS and felt that my system is lacking

I'd say you can go for a GTX1060 6GB if you'd like to max out all your game details but that would depend on the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age. Speaking of games, what titles are we looking at?

Updated my specs, thank you. I tried battlefront 2, so waiting for that one, in the mean time i tried BF 1, on higher graphics i had some fps drops. Also tried Total War warhammer 2, which was laggy. But i guess mainly for new battlefields series, kinda got hooked, never played any before

A GPU upgrade would benefit you most in your situation.

What is the model of your PSU?

It's a thermaltake SP-530AH2NH. As suggested before, GTX1060 6GB would take less energy as my current card (?), but it is a bit pricey. Is it my best option?

Thanks guys, bought 1060 6gb. Was comparing with rx 580, but decided for 1060 energy wise.
