[SOLVED] New GPU or more RAM?

Brand new Dell XPS 8940, 16gb ram, and INTEGRATED graphics....
I am having trouble running most games, as I figured would be the case.

Relatively simple question and I think I know the answer...but you guys are better than me.

GPU upgrade first....RAM later?

Could you post your PC specs.
You need a GPU...you do not need more RAM for gaming...
The PSU on your system will limit the GPU you could get.

and unfortunately just a 360W Night Sky Bezel Chassis (PSU)

I have already done a wee bit of research and chosen this one for starters. I am not a gigantic gamer, I don't need anything miraculous..

That looks about right for the PSU your system has.
Make sure your PSU has a 6-pin PCIe power connector available.
