New gpu probs

I’ve had a new Radeon rx 570 for a couple months now and it’s been working great but today I was mid game when my computer screen flickered and came back on. I touched my gpu to see if it was hot and it actually burnt my finger. I turned off my computer and I let it sit for a couple Hours and when I turned it back on I noticed the fans on the gpu weren’t spinning. And it did the same thing again, flicker. I did some research and seen that if it’s not spinning i should send it back to Radeon for repairs but I also seen that the fans turn on after reaching a certain temp. I think it might be broken because of how hot it was but I need a second opinion is it broken?

Somehow I think you´ve got a metal box powersupply that sais , POOF.

try your gpu in another pc, if it works it works otherwise send it back.

and please send a picture of your gpu and psu.
