New gpu videos fuzzy

Hey I just got a new gpu I'm connected the vga because for the life of me I couldnt get hdmi or dvi look good at all but vga it looks awesome games and everything...except videos from netflix and such it will be crystal clear thwn get fuzzy almost like it loses focuse ive been messing with control panel reading up on it cant find anything that helps. Please help and replies will be greatly appreciated. Here is what im running with.
Intel,i5 2320 3.0ghz
Gpu is pny gtx 770 2gb
Motherboard asrock h61m hvs
Ram ddr3 240pin
600 watt corsair psu
Emerson tv
Note videos looked ok with this tv and laat graphics card

Are you sure it's not just your internet and Netflix dropping you down a tier? That happens to me a lot.

Idk that be odd because it worked with my last gpu atleast it seemed but I did dwitch from the main internet box to the second one how could I test if it was that try a dvd? Or?

Yeah you could try that. Are you sure you have the latest driver installed for the GPU? Can get the latest off of NVIDIA's website

Yes I do and I did a clean install also messed with all the nvidia control panel things ive been trying to solve it for 3 days been reading alot lol just cant figure it out driven me crazy because everything else looks amazing just not the videos and the test did not work both weren't very good might have to just call pny tom rma it just dont get why games would look smooth and not vids

Someone told me out could be because of maybe a dust pci e slot but wouldnt think so since I installed it my self and made sure everything was good
