New GPU with old motherboard?

Hello all,

I have quite an old motherboard; an Asrock Pro4 Z77 (see specs here)

Now I'm planning to buy a new GPU, considering a GTX980 or a GTX1060.
My questions are:

1. Are these GPU's supported by my mobo?
2. If yes, will there be any kind of bottleneck caused by my mobo
3. Will there be any kind of bottleneck caused by my CPU which is an i5-3570K?

Looking forward to some clarifications on this.

No you should be good to go. I would even add the RX 480 to the mix.
