Question New gpu

So I have a core i7 870 (not 8700), a dq57tm mother board, and a gtx 480. Is like to know what the best gpu I can get is, that won’t get bottlenecked by my cpu, thanks!

You should consider your power supply when buying a new GPU. I'd say an RX 570 or RX 580 is a very good value right now. They can be found for very good prices.

In my opinion, your current CPU is kind of weak, and it might bottleneck other mid/high-end latest Gen cards, if you plan to upgrade. But this will also depend on the game being played, as well as the Screen Resolution. I could be wrong though.

What's your budget, btw ? How much are you willing to pay for an upgrade ? Are you on 1080p ?

My budget is 150 currently, and my psu is fairly beefy, but I have another paycheck coming up so I can splurg a little
