New graphic card for aspire AM3400-E2212

Hi,

i want to upgrade my tower (acer aspire AM3400-E2212) with a new graphic card.

I just want to play games like Skyrim and Overwatch. I don't need the graphics on ultra. Medium is fine for me. What is the best option for me with a budget around 150$ ?

PSU : Athlon II X4 635 (2.9 GHz)
GPU : RADEON HD 4250
RAM : 4GB
PSU : 300 W
