new Graphic Card, no signal problem

Hi guys, I replaced my old nVidia GT630 with a GTX 650. When i turn on the PC the monitor says "Check Signal Cable".
When i connect the monitor with the motherboard it works.
Specs:
Intel i5
MB: BioStar B75MU3B.

Have you updated your Motherboard BIOS? Goto BioStar website and get any motherboard updates.

Did you connect power to the video card?
