New Graphics Card (Advice/Help Needed)

Hi everyone, I am currently in the market to upgrade some of my software and my main interest is in my Graphics Card. Currently my PC Specs are; Intel i7-4770K @ 3.5GHz | MSI Z87-G45 ATX | 16gb G.Skill 1600mhz | EVGA GTX780 SC ACX | Seasonic M12II Evo 750 | Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD | Samsung 840 EVO 250GB | Cooler Master HAF X | Win 7 Home Premium 64bit | Asus VG248QE 24Inch LED | Asus VE248H 24Inch LED | I'm hoping there are some experts here that can point me in the right direction. Preference on the make would probably still Be Nvidia.

Your specs are top of the line, depends what your budget is.
I'd recommend a 1080 Ti tbh.

Yeah 1080ti all the way.. Try the msi seahawk one

The seahawk is overpriced, the SC2 is good value right now, the FTW3 might still be on sale.

Get the FTW3, $739 atm, absolutely killer deal.

I should add budget is probably going to be £200 max maybe push it. Noticed the 1080 it maybe out of that range

Save up, just wait for the 11 series, your setup is still top end, no use wasting it on something that's gonna be the same as the 780.

True, I hunk your absolutely right. Perhaps you could help me with another couple questions if you don't mind. The whole reason for this upgrade was because my system is coming up to 3 years old and it's still going on strong except yesterday my main monitor won't turn on with the system. Power is fine as the lights are on but it repeatedly refreshes it self and shows no signal on the screen. Any ideas why?

No worries at all.
Sounds like a dead monitor if other display cable connections don't work.
Have you tried with a secondary monitor?

Just tried and the monitor works all fine if I use a HDMI cable on it instead if the display port cable that I have been using. The display port cable is brand new brought this morning but didn't work
