I want to buy a RX570 4gb DDR5 gpu(msi, asus or gigabyte) for my 4 and half year old pc which in running on i3 4150, 8 gb Vengeance 1600mhz, Kingston UV400 ssd, win 10 pro...I want to play some modern esports and casual games on my pc...what i'm asking, is it okay to buy this gpu for a pc this much old...wouldn't the card be bottlenecked considering my specs...

Yes, that CPU is going to bottleneck any high-end, including the RX 570. But this will also depend on the type of game being played. Some games are more CPU-bound. Do you have a compatible PSU for this upgrade as well ?

What's your current Video card in this system ?? https://www.gpucheck.com/gpu/amd-radeon-rx-570/intel-core-i3-4150-3-50ghz/

It doesn't matter if your PC is 4 years old, even I'm using the same chipset, and my current i7 4790 K CPU doesn't bottleneck the RX 480. Your dual core CPU is kind of weak though.
