New graphics card (GT710) causing computer to not go into windows

I have inserted a new GT710 graphics card and my computer will not go into windows with this connected, i have took this out and windows loads perfectly, any help is much appreciated.

Does the system reboot while the GT710 GPU is in your system? If so then that is an indication that your PSU cannot deliver the necessary power but that is all a speculation. Might want to list your full system's specs like so:
