Hi,

Have a new 9800gt low-profile for my slimline Hp Pavillion s3707c with an upgraded flexatx 300w power supply. I connected the monitor (vga) with a dvi-i to vga adapter:

All fans are spinning, the 6-pin is plugged into the card, and it is firmly seated but no display. I cannot locate the 9800gt on my computer, even with driver updates and device manager(however BiosAgent can locate it and says i'm missing the driver). I haven't any clue.

the specs are-
Monitor: Acer AL1912 1280x1024
Motherboard: APX78-BN (Pegatron)
CPU: Athlon 64 X2 (B) 5400+ 2.8 GHz (65W)
Memory: 4 GB PC2-6400 MB/sec
Graphic card: 9800gt Sparkle (onboard is 9100)
PSU: FlexAtx 300w (previous one 180w)

Thank you so much!

If you were previously running onboard graphics, you may have to go into the bios and designate the pcie as your primary graphics adapter. Some systems do it automatically when you put the card in the slot, some dont.
