Question New graphics card installation

I'm currently trying to install the drivers for my RTX 2080 and on the Graphics Driver it's stuck on checking system compatibility. On my old HDD, if I boot from that, my computer recognizes everything since I still had the drivers and both my monitors that are connected to the GPU is on. However when it comes to my SSD which I did a full uninstall using DDU in safemode, only one of the monitor is working. Also on the SSD, it doesn't seem to recognize the GPU, only that its NVIDIA? HELP!
