I came home this week to a computer that wouldn't boot properly, which after doing some troubleshooting I was able to narrow down to an old graphics card.
After replacing the graphics card, my computer will now show the boot screen with the manufacturer logo but immediately goes to this screen.
I've tried booting in safe mode, getting into the BIOS menu, changing the CMOS battery and none of this has worked. I know the card itself is a PCI x4 (or maybe it's an 8) and I have it in an x16 slot. I know that from what I've read, this shouldn't be an issue and it looks like the card's in the slot right, but is there something I'm missing here that would show me this screen?
