New Graphics Card, No Signal from Monintors

Recently RMA'd my rx 480 8gb for having issues with my pc randomly shutting off, was later fixed by updating my BIOS (Wasn't the graphics card fault). From the RMA (XFX) I've received two graphics cards from them. One a RX 470 4GB and a RX 580 8GB. I've been using the 470 until the 580 was shipped here which i just received today. The 470 works perfectly with no issues but the 580 when I try to use it, the monitors always have no signal on startup or ever. I've uninstalled drivers and reinstalled, tried different monitor cables, BIOS is up to date. Not sure where to go from here if anyone can try to help me out.

RAM - 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz (11-11-11-28)

MOBO - ASRock H81M-HDS (CPUSocket)

Monitors - DELL S2340M (1920x1080@60Hz), ASUS VG248 (1920x1080@144Hz)

PSU - EVGA - 80 PLUS 600W ATX 12V/EPS 12V

Check the cord. Most of the time thats it lol
