New graphics card no signal to monitor

I'm new to pc parts and bought my first new gpu, AMD rx560. I'm having issues with my monitor getting no signal. I'm using HDMI and made sure the cord is good. I also plugged my old card back in and it still won't detect it. I made sure everything was plugged in and the fan on the card does come on. I get no bios or anything just "no signal" then my monitor turns back off. I tried just using the HDMI on the Mobo and still nothing. What should I do?

I apologise I fixed it. I knocked my RAM loose and just reattached it.
