New graphics card not showing up in Device manager?

I got an ASUS GTX560 Graphics card for Christmas and I just put it in. I used the driver CD to install it but it still doesn't work. In the device manager, it doesn't show up under Display Adapters. Instead, it says "Intel 82945G Express Chipset Family". I have reinstalled the driver software about 10 times. I also tried to disable the Intel Chipset but it just changed the resolution on my screen to a much lower resolution. The graphics card has 2 DVI ports and the monitor will not work on either of them, only on the VGA from the Motherboard. I have also tried to change some things in BIOS but nothing works. I know it is installed right because I can hear the fan running. Please help, and please don't use extremely complex language as I am very new to this. I am also running Windows 7 64-bit. Any help is much appreciated.
