New Graphics card not working! PLS HELP

SO... I had an pc with the following specs:
Motherboard Name: Asus P8H61-M LX3 R2.0
CPU Type: DualCore Intel Pentium G2030, 3 GHz
Ram: 4 GB DDR3
IGPU: Intel HD Graphics 2500
Power supply of 300W
And i bought a Nvidia GT730 and plugged on monitor but no signal.(I disabled the IGPU before that). I tried so many things from the internet such as Cleaning PCI-E Slot, ram slot and CMOS Battery slot. I replaced it with same video card from shop... same problem.
I think the power supply is not enough even if on geforce site said you need a minimum power supply of 300W : http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-730/specifications

Quite simple. Minimum Recommended System Power For GT 730 is 300W, GT 730 requires 49-23W. The GT 730 uses a small amount of power, so your power suply is fine.

Do you have the PCI-e slot enabled in BIOS?

Try leaving the IGPU enabled and see if you can get a signal. Then disable it AFTER you get the GTX 730 working.

What is your OS?

I enabled pci-e slot and monitor still not recieving anything then it gets automaticaly on auto mode from PCI-e

I'm using Win 7 ultimate 64bit

You didn't have the PCI_e slot enabled before? How would you expect the card to work in it then?

Did you enable the IGPU again?

What do you mean Auto Mode?

I mean when i put it on PCI-e mode from bios it turns to Auto (auto mode means that it chose automaticaly PCI-e or IGPU)

Yes, if the IGPU is enabled this is normal. It is so if the PCI-e card does not work, you can revert to the on-board (IGU).

If both are enabled (auto), can you get a screen display on either port when connected?

I tried anything just to make my monitor to turn on i also tried the hdmi slot to another monitor but nothing. Im thinking about a damaged PCI-e Slot from motherboard or I dont know.
