[SOLVED] New graphics card, old PC

Hey everyone,
Have a problem I've never seen before. Just installed a new graphics card that should be compatible with all my components, however, after the bios splash screen, the display just goes black. I can enter bios settings and everything, so it seems to be an issue with the handoff to the OS. Not exceptionally familiar with all the bios settings, but perhaps something there needs to be changed?

System specs:
Phenom ii x4 965
M4A785TD-V EVO
12 gb RAM
750W PSU
Windows 10 installed on SSD
XFX RAW II Radeon RX 5600 XT

Previous graphics card was an ASUS Radeon HD 6850

Boot order looks like it should. Display plugged directly into graphics card HDMI. Maybe using one of the DisplayPort connections would work? Haven't tried, don't have the cable for that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
