New graphics card - Red horizontal lines

Hiya,

Recently bought a new geforce Gtx 750 ti 2gb, upgrading from Gtx 550 Ti.

When booting up i get horizontal lines like this - https://goo.gl/ebnL1B

as well as when going to a higher resulution than 800x600 -

Only one of my two screens is working right now, geforce experience has updated the drivers as far as i can tell.~


Any ideas would be much appriciated

I would RMA the card. Make sure video cable is fully secure.

I have tried it on both of my monitors producing the same results with both cables.
