New graphics card replaced but computer wont turn on.

I have replaced the graphics card in my computer, put the new one in, the light on the graphics card comes on and the light inside the computer but when i press the power button, nothing happens. Help please

List the components of your system(including PSU), the old gpu and the new gpu
