new grapics card dosent working

I dought a Sapphire R7 260X 2GB GD5 OC and a Corsair Builder Series CX600 600W PSU 80+ Bronze the last week.So I pluged every thing in and of course the 6 pin cable that my grapics card needs (it says at the box that the card needs at least 500W to work)so I turn on my pc and the fan of the card start for 3 sec and after it's dead and I dont see anything at the monitor plz help me

Make sure it is fully in the PCIE slot and that you have all power cables fully plugged into the motherboard. It sounds like a lack of power.

I tried and it did nothing but I left the system runing and pluged out the PCIE slot and the card started runing.What the hell is happening?
