new GTX 1050 TI VRAM problems, keeps crashing

ok so i just received my new gtx 1050 ti 4gb from evga and i tested it in 2 games, rust and pubg, and both of them keeps crashing, i use msi afterburner to see vram usage and it keeps climbing up to 4gb when it crashes... i tried with ultra, medium and very low settings and it just keeps crashing

i have windows 7 Home Premium SP1 and i donwloaded the latest driver a few days ago (384.94)

temperatures aren't a problem i have less than 55C in gpu and cpu, i also tried without using msi afterburner but it crashes anyway
I installed windows 7 a few days ago so i dont ahve any trash application on the background, just steam, google chrome, gpu drivers and msi afterburner

the CPU says 6 cores cause i disabled 2 on the bios to lower power consumption, also, none of the games i play uses the 8 cores(i tested with msi afterburner)

i would enable the cpu cores back and use whocrashed to find it is a driver issue or a device .
