New gtx 1070 build

Hey,
can someone say me, if this hardware would work good together.
I want to play games like arma 3 and more of the newer games.
I got a 144hz monitor.
Is the cooler good enough that i can overclock the cpu?
Is the cpu maybe too much? Maybe i want to start too stream.
And does the PSU got a enough woltage?

Everything looks pretty good. Your CPU cooler is decent enough for a modest overclock. The PSU is decent as well. I think you'll be very happy with the build.

This is truly a good config and powerful enough so don't worry, for streaming and etc. the CPU will be great! I don't know what are the capabilities of your cooler, may I suggest you, to compare it to Noctua NH-D15 or NH-D14 or something like that (their top end coolers), because as far as I know they are the best or even consider AIO liquid cooler? Do a bit of research and decide which would suit you best or ask here again and we will be glad to answer you
