New GTX 1070 only £30?

Alright so I know this seems a bit mad however on eBay there is this gtx 1070 up for sale from a reputable seller for £28. It says it's brand new and I think that maybe they made a mistake with the price? Should I buy it just to see (if its a scam then I can just get my money back). There's no way from what the seller is saying that this is not a brand new 1070... Although it could all be lies

Rumors of sellers from China for example flashing a GTX 560 or something like that to look like a 1050ti.
