Specs:
CPU: R7 1700 usually @ 3.9, now stock
RAM: 16 GB Corsair vengeance 3200 kit
Motherboard: X470 Aurous Gaming 7
PSU: Corsair RX850m
GPU: GTX 1080 (some reference blower)
Storage: Crucial MX500 256GB and Samsung 850 Evo 256 GB in raid 0
Alright so I recently purchased a GTX 1080, and finally after a lot of hassles got the drivers installed (Windows update was preventing driver install for some reason and I have slow internet). After a reboot, my raid controller loaded like normal, but then my cputer completely restarted fans went to 100% like it would if I had just turned it on. The computer booted into BIOS saying something had gone wrong and the computer failed to boot. If I touch CPU speed at all it does this iver and over, but I had been running 3.9 gh, @ 1.35 v on a 290x for the longest time. Please help!
