I used to have a PC that I could go into setup and set the order of booting. This allowed me to set USB as the first boot and I could install windows from a flash drive. This new system doesn't. You have to hit F8 and go that way around.

This PC can't see a new hard disk when plugged in. Under windows 10 I cant get into the system and get to administrative tools.

I can get to Disk management now but all I see is HDD and DVD

I am in disk management. I used to be able to plug a HDD (Not an SSD) into the computer and INSTANTLY plug and play it would appear in Disk management. I could partition it and format it. It is not their. This new crap technology (Hit F8 to boot from a USB ) SHIT doesn't work. I have never had any problem EVER in plunging in a second hard disk. All I see is Disk 0 & CD-ROM 0. I should now see Disk 1.

Reboot and select either F8 or <Del> shows 2 hard disks the new onw is
