I bought a WD 6tb hardrive and it arrived today, it's WD60EZRZ. The manufactured date is 28th may 2019, is this normal? I was sold this new from WD website. Wondering if it's fine to use.

If it is "new" then it has a warranty from when you purchased it.
That drive, just like EVERY other drive can fail at any time. Be sure you have a good, automated backup process for critical data.
