new hard drive not the problem

i recently started running into problems with my computer. it is under 2 years old and just started slowing down and then crashing, some times i get boot device not not found when it restarts. a buddy of mine recommended running SMART to see if my hard drive was failing, which it was. so i bought a new one and that didn't solve the problem.

Yeah I still have a subscription to Norton 360 all the tests came up clean.

Download malwarebytes (https://www.malwarebytes.org/) and run it. Then restart your computer.
