New Hard Drive Purchased because Old Hard Drive Failed

I am unable to get the recover CD's to boot to reinstall the factory software to the new blank drive.

The CD's are the ones that were delivered to me when I bought the machine. Where can I get new CD's to accomplish this, and what information do you need to match up bootable CD's to my Gateway Laptop.

Based on the other thread that was closed:

- What do the discs say on them (the ones that are not bootable)
- Much like geek squad recommended, the easiest thing to do would be to contact Gateway and they (sometimes for a fee) can send you bootable recovery discs for your specific laptop/OS
