new hard drive

I have replaced the Hard Drive on my Toshiba Satellite laptop. As you might have suspected, I have no backup disks, no OEM disk, no recovery disk. The thinking was, I will do that later, right?
So, what do I do now? I have the genuine Windows 7 key on the bottom of the computer of that helps. Can I make a disk on another computer to reinstall windows on the laptop?

Yes! If you have the correct Key you should be able to use any disk.
