I recently upgraded almost my whole pc including a new hard drive, and everything seems to work perfectly except for that part. I have an SSD for the system itself, and then the hard drive for media and games. Loading times are extremely long so I used HD Tune to benchmark it and to my surprise I am getting an average of 0.1 MB/s on it. How can it be that a new HDD is so slow? It is a Seagate Barracuda 3TB HDD.
