New HDD Isnt recognized in Windows installer?

I bought a new 4k HDD to replace my 512 drive.
I cant clone everything over so I put all my important stuff on a External HDD, and began to reinstall Windows 8.1 Pro. The installer couldn't find/recognize my new drive.
Upon further inspection, My BIOS recognizes it, My computer recognizes it, It's listed in Device manager and Disk Management, S.M.A.R.T. came back good.
Both drives are powered and connect via SATA so I don't know what the Issue would be?
