New HDD, no way into BIOS [solved]

Hello, I bought a 3 TB HDD for my computer with this mobo:

It's the secondary HDD, SATA port 1.
(still have the primary in SATA 0)

I cannot get into bios to see why windows 10 is not booting up. I cannot find my PS/2 keyboard that I used to build the computer originally.

Any suggestions?

Does the mobo have a UEFI BIOS?

Yes. It's the first one I've ever had with UEFI

(i unplugged the sata for the new hdd, I can get into windows again for any steps I might need to do on windows)
