[SOLVED] New hdd not detected

[Pc builder 123]

I bought a second hdd of 2 tb for starage, and windows is on another ssd. When I go into the bios menu I see that my pc can see the hdd, but when I go to my files or try to download a game on it I can't see it. I already tried to fix it in diskmanager but there I can't see the drive ether.
the hhd is the, Toshiba MG03ACA200.

Does the drive appear in Disk Management?

If the disk is in there. delete the pool then remove the new hdd from the storage space
then go back to disk management and assign a drive letter to the hdd
