Hello everyone, yes I know theres tons of posts with the same tittle, and I have tried a few things, still cant figure it out by myself.
So yeah, my old HDD was getting full, and I got a new one, a "Toshiba X300 4TB".
While I did assembled my own PC, Im just competent, Im by no means a tech guy, so please dont use advanced language.
After almost 1 year of use, I disassembled my PC, gave it a dust cleaning and thermal paste change and was ready to put inside the new HDD, now, I immediately knew something was normal, because it was making THIS noises:

Now i dont assemble many PC's, but that doesnt sound very normal while the PC is booting, I might just be inexperienced, anyways, by the time I see my desktop, the sounds stopped, but the problem remains, I cannot access to the HDD, nor does the BIOS detects it.
I tried changing cables and power supply, I mean I connected the ones that are currently working with my old HDD, where there is no problem, and it still dont detect it.
Here are my computer main components/specs:
Windows 10 Enterpise
Asus - Z170I PRO GAMING Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard
SilverStone 600W ATX Power Supply
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (main drive, with OS)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Mini ITX 4GB
some old toshiba 1TB HDD
If you need additional information or got some troubleshot ideas please let me know.
