Question New HDD not showing up in disk management

I'm installing a new HDD for extra storage and the new HDD DOES show up in BIOS, but not in disk management or device manager. So i currently have no way of formatting this new HDD.

It's a fresh build for my little brother. i3-9100F, Gigabyte B365M DS3H, 2x8GB DDR4 3000MHz, MSI Ventus GTX 1650 4GB, 240GB ADATA SSD for OS, 1TB Seagate HDD(the new HDD I'm trying to format), Thermaltake SMART 500W 80+, Stock Intel CPU cooler, DEEPCOOL MATREXX 30, Mini-Tower, Micro ATX Case

The ADATA SSD - is that a 2.5" or M.2 drive?
If M.2, it may conflict with other SATA ports.

It's a 2.5". not an m.2

I’m an idiot lol I accidentally pooled the storage in storage settings by accident. I deleted the pool and disk management recognized it right away. Thanks for the replies.
